Refurbishment started on the office / canteen in Unit 4, Lakeside Park. Secure area built in the same unit to accommodate dedicated to a certain customer.
Barry and Matt visit various customers delivering gifts as a sign of appreciation for their business during the year.
The CRM Xmas party was a great hit although one of our suppliers provided more laughs than the first comedian and Simon White definitely won the dance off but tore his knee ligaments in the process. We won't mention Barry's Alfie Moon shirt!!!!

Another large retail shop clearance project arranged. CRM staff enter stores and physically pack goods with immediate effect, this is completed in a matter of days.

Disco and casino at Christmas party held in Maidstone. Katie Town was a bit too good at gambling for a novice and Simon White perfected the running man on the dance floor.
A large retail project was arranged involving collections from 180 UK stores with all good stock being checked back into stock.
